Job Summary:
- The Financial Specialist will generate and send invoices to clients.
- Ensure payments are made on time and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Communicate with clients by telephone and email to investigate complaints, verify accuracy of charges, or to correct errors in accounts.
- Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding AR issues and negotiate payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions and collections activities.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing issues with clients.
- Match contracts, and invoices.
- Process payments.
- Generate regular reports on AR and AP activities, aging reports, and cash flow projections
- Prepare financial statements
- Submit weekly payroll
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
